1. Apply to be listed
Tell us your business, the disciplines you cover, your license details, and the Florida counties you serve. It takes about five minutes.
2. We verify your license
Before your profile is published, we confirm your license information against public records and note the date it was checked.
3. You appear in the directory
Waterfront property owners browsing the Tideway Network can find your profile by discipline and county and see your verified details.
4. Owners ask to be introduced
When an owner wants help, they opt in to an introduction. You follow up directly and contract with them on your own terms — Tideway is not a party to that agreement.
