They are not a permit determination, a guarantee of any outcome, or legal advice. Permit requirements vary by agency and site, and agency requirements and decisions are outside Tideway’s control.

Your responsibilities

• Use the site and any portal access only for lawful purposes related to your project.

Platform, subscriptions, and separate terms

Your use of the software platform and any paid subscription is also governed by our Platform & Subscription Terms and Billing & Subscription Policy. In the event of a conflict, those terms control for the subject they address.

The Tideway Network and introductions

The Tideway Network is an opt-in directory that helps property owners discover independent professionals. When you ask to be introduced to a professional, we facilitate that introduction only at your request; you then communicate, engage, and contract with that professional directly. Professionals listed in the directory are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or subcontractors of Tideway. Tideway does not perform surveying, engineering, environmental, or construction work, does not act as your agent before any agency, and is not a party to any agreement between you and a professional. We do not guarantee the work, availability, pricing, or licensing status of any listed professional; you are responsible for your own due diligence.

Your content

You keep ownership of the project details, property information, and documents you provide. You grant Tideway Permitting LLC the permission needed to store and process your content to operate the platform and provide the features you request, including automated review by TideAI. You are responsible for having the rights to share the content you upload. How we handle your content is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the Tideway name and marks are owned by Tideway Permitting LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission, except for your own project use.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tideway Permitting LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law
